How do I place an order?

Fill out the order form, letting me know the type of flowers and your preferred pickup date/time. Once I receive your order form I’ll check our availability calendar and get back to you - usually within a few business hours - to confirm. In the case that all available bouquets have already been sold for the date you have requested I will work with you to find another date.

Once we confirm the pickup date/time, I’'ll send you links to payment options. Please submit your payment within 24 hours in order to secure that date.

While I occasionally am able to accommodate last minute orders, I would recommend placing your order at least a few days in advance to increase the likelihood I have flowers available. Or you can check out our Flower Stand days for pre-arranged bouquets.

Where do I pick up my flowers?

Pickup is at our home in North Ballard, and the address will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Flowers will be labeled with your name and placed on our covered front porch during the time window you selected.

Do you do delivery?

Unfortunately, I don’t currently offer a delivery option. The complexities of doing deliveries with my young child in tow mean I won’t be offering this option this season. Thanks for understanding!

Pre-payment is needed to reserve my flowers. How do I pay?

Bouquets are made to order, so I do need pre-payment to secure your order.

I accept payments via Venmo and PayPal. If you need a different option, like cash, let me know and we can work something out.

Once I receive your order inquiry I will get back to you - usually within a few business hours - to confirm your pickup date and time, and will send you links to the different payment options. Please submit your payment within 24 hours of receiving that email in order to finalize your order and hold that date.

When do I pick up the flowers?

You can come anytime during the time window you selected. The date and time will be listed on your confirmation email.

What if I’m late?

To ensure your flowers stay in peak condition please arrive during your pickup window. I can not guarantee the freshness or quality after that point.

If your plans change and you are no longer able to pick them up, let me know and I can donate them to someone in the community to enjoy instead.

Any flowers not picked up by 8:30pm will be donated.

What if I need to cancel?

Please message me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup day/time to cancel and get a refund. Unfortunately cancelations and refunds aren’t possible after that point because I have already started working on your bouquet. If you are unable to pick it up you can always gift it to a friend and have them pick it up during your confirmed pickup date/time.

For mixed flower bouquets, what kinds of flowers will be included?

Our bouquets are always filled with the best of what’s blooming that week. If you want to get a sense of the general varieties and colors that are in season right now, our Instagram account is a great place to check out. You can also visit our seasonal what’s in bloom list to see an example of what might be included. For example, ranunculus is only available in spring, and dahlias typically start in June/July.

Do you do flowers for weddings or events? What about larger orders?

I’m currently unable to do full-service weddings or large events. Depending on flower availability I might be able to do a DIY Bucket of flowers for a wedding - contact me to inquire about availability and pricing. If you need larger quantities (4-10 bouquets) of our standard mixed flower bouquets, contact me as well. With enough advanced notice I usually can make something work. Thanks!
